Colégio Catarinense, one of the most traditional educational institutions in Florianópolis, holds the Student Olympics each year — one of the largest school events in southern Brazil, gathering more than 1,200 students. MixCom was responsible for turning this event into an editorial publication of memory and identity.

The challenge

Turning an intense event into lasting institutional memory

The challenge was not just to document the event. It was to translate the students' experience into material capable of preserving its meaning over time:

  • Organize and summarize a broad and dynamic event
  • Highlight the most memorable moments of the competitions
  • Showcase the students' leading role
  • Reinforce the institutional values present in sports
